Dear Coaches and Managers:

 

Since some of you are changing “jobs” I’d like this information to get to your teams as soon as possible.  We are in the process of shifting our online registration from tryouts to Club registration.  What that means is that each ATSC soccer family will register their players online, beginning June 28, 2004. 

 

The ATSC and ASA dues will also be paid online. The fall online payment will be $58 ($46 for ATSC dues and $12 for ASA dues); the remaining fees will be paid to and through team treasurers as before.  I will be sending specific instructions to your team's treasurer.  The online registration sytem is secure and accepts credit card payments. 

 

As part of the registration process, you will also be able to make an optional donation to ATSC.  Please click here for more information about ATSC's Klurfeld Travel Scholarship Fund, which is used to help our scholarship players.

 

Coaches and other volunteers who have no children playing in ATSC will register under a separate URL.  All Club volunteers (Board members and Committee Chairs) will register under their players’ names. 

 

Families with more than one child in ATSC will register under one household.

 

For those of you with players that don’t have access to online registration or payment options, you will need to complete a paper registration form and those players will need to pay by check.  However, everyone else is expected to register online. 

 

Please factor this change in payment into your fees collected for the fall season.  More information will be provided in our newsletter and our website as we approach June 28.  Now I’d like you to communicate with your teams and alert them to this change.

 

There are a few key benefits to online registration.  It will identify volunteers for our club, promote fundraising initiatives, and allow us to communicate via email to targeted groups or to our collective organization.  Once club registration is completed we will able to take advantage of having a clubwide database of players, families, and team officials.
