While we make every effort to de conflict matches for coaches of multiple teams, we may not be able to achieve 100% de conflicts.  There are many factors that go into scheduling: field availability, coaching conflicts, referee assigning, site hosting volunteers located where their kids are playing, scheduling "partner" clubs at the fields that they are providing for our event, just to name a few.  In some cases, fixing one conflict can create more conflicts so striking a balance is a bit of a puzzle.  We do the best job that we can and take great care in putting out the best schedule that we can.  If you have a hard conflict and must have a change made, we can have a look to see what can be done but cannot promise changes based on the domino effect of making changes once published.  We made sure that every team had at least a 1 game break between matches and in most cases had 2 or more games between matches.

Additionally we try to put teams on a single field for the entire event when possible.  In some cases in order to achieve balance your team may play at a different location on Sunday than you did on Saturday.  This is done primarily for timing (i.e. to have all 4 prelim matches in a bracket played in parallel) or to consolidate Championship matches.

This year electronic check ins are mandatory for all participating teams.  Instructions will be emailed to teams soon and a link to the instructions will be added to this page as well.

Thanks for your flexibility and understanding of this process, we are looking forward to hosting your teams for a great weekend of soccer in Arlington!
