Steve has two children playing travel soccer in Arlington .  His son began playing for ATSC in 2002 and his daughter in 2005.  He has been the NCSL Rep, the At-Large Board Member and the ODSL Rep.  He is currently the manager of his daughter’s team U10G Juventus.  He is also currently leading the task force to define the role and to hire a Technical Director for ASA.

Richard Easby has been the ODSL Rep and the WAGS Rep.  He has been the treasurer for a travel team.
He has coached recreation soccer for 6 years and is currently coaching two U11 girls teams in Arlington.  He is also a current USSF referee and has refereed in England.  He has played soccer for 25 years and is a fanatical Chelsea supporter.

Luis has coached for ATSC since the fall 2001.  He is currently coaching the U16B Titans and the U12B Blue Force.  He was named “ATSC Coach of the Year” for the 2005-2006 Season.  Prior to coming to the , Luis coached youth and adult teams for 12 years in , including 6 years with Juventud Madrid, the sister school of Real Madrid .  Luis is also the head coach at Galludet University .
