TRYOUTS
The rising U16G United is looking for several impact players to help take this team to the next level. Two tryout dates have been added to our calendar. These tryouts will take place at Williamsburg Middle School from 6:30 - 8:00 on Monday, June 13 and Wednesday, June 15. The team will play 3 tournaments per season, winter indoor soccer, and practice year round.
Ann Germain continues to coach the United and focuses on a comprehensive approach to training which emphasizes development of the mental, physical, psychological and technical aspects of the game. The coach places a particular emphasis on the development of the individual and team tactical awareness. Ann played on the first U.S. Women’s National Team and played on the Virginia’s state women’s team from 1980-92. Ann is the former assistant coach of Langley High School.
