 Intensity Red completed their season on a high note taking the runner-up medal in the Raleigh (NC) Shootout over the weekend of November 4-5.  Playing in the Elite division, Intensity Red presented a "never-say-die" attitude that saw them overcome a 1-3 deficit to draw the host CASL Spartan United (NC) 3-3 and then overcome a 0-3 deficit to defeat HFC Ladies Red (NC) 4-3 in glorious fashion to win their group.  After a comprehensive 4-0 defeat of Mustangs (NC) in the semifinal, Intensity Red faced local WAGS Division 3 opponent CSA Courage (MD) in the Championship game.  In spite of several well-crafted chances for the Arlington side, CSA took a 2-0 advantage into the break and with a late addition ended Intensity Red’s magical North Carolina run.  After a frustrating WAGS season, Intensity Red thoroughly enjoyed their special weekend at the Raleigh Shootout and are proud to take their Silver Medals back home to Arlington!  Congrats Red!
