Do you want to play for a team that is consistently ranked as one of the top U19G teams in the area and has a team spirit that is second to none? The Arlington Flash are looking for a number of highly skilled, highly motivated players who understand soccer and the work needed to stay at the very top of their game. Come on... give it a shot!

Our coaching philosophy is simple. We believe that positive coaching gets positive results. In other words, personal and team goals can be achieved by a knowledgeable and constructive approach to coaching. Furthermore, we believe that it is possible to play at the very highest level and enjoy the experience at the same time! As well as consistently playing in the highest divisions of WAGSL, we also play in college showcase and other tournaments that will put you in the best position to show visiting coaches and your teammates what you can do!
