Dynamo Arlington is a Division 1 ODSL team. Dynamo, in its first competitive season, won promotion from ODSL Division 2 and has also won Finalist medals in 2 of the 3 tournaments in which they have competed - the 2006 MSCA Fall Classic and the 2007 PWSI Icebreaker. Dynamo is professionally coached and trained by Chris Smith (NSCAA National and National Youth diplomas, USSF National D license) and Phil & Nikki Hart. (USSF D license).
Official tryouts for the rising U11 Dynamo Arlington are complete, but additions could be considered by the coaching staff. Individual tryouts can be accomodated by arrangement with the
team coach and manager.
Dynamo is part of the rising U11 Arlington Girls Academy. For the U11 season, the Academy will feature three (3) teams: Ajax, Juventus, and Dynamo. The Academy will also train a select group of players based on performance at the June tryouts. These players might not be rostered to Academy teams for league (WAGS/ODSL) play, but they will receive regular professional training, take part in some technical training sessions with the Academy teams, be eligible for tournament and scrimmage play as guests, and will be recognized as part of the Academy.
