Back on a home field for the first time in a long time, Eagles Blue hosted the only team to date to beat them, Springfield.  In what is becoming a regular pattern, the Eagles opened the game softly and fell behind 1-0 in the first few minutes of the game.  The Eagles spent much of the remainder of the game fighting their way back against Springfield, eventually capitalizing late in the second half on a hard shot resulting from equally hard work.  The two teams held each other scoreless in the final minutes, ending the game in a 1-1 draw.
