1. Practices will be held year round:
   • Summer - Tuesdays 5:30-7pm @ VA Highlands - July 7, 21, 28 and Aug 4.
   • Fall - See Calendar.
   • Winter - January-March 2x per week.  1 Indoor & 1 Outdoor locations and times TBD.
   • Spring - Practices March 1, 2010-June 20, 2010.   Times & Locations TBD.  Mondays will be ATSC Clinics.
2. NCSL Schedule:
   • Fall - games start Sep 12, 2009 & Sep 13, 2009 (No game Oct. 11 2009).  Games finish Nov 8th.  (Rain days Nov 14th & 15th)
   • Spring - games start Apr 11, 2010, finish June 13th (Rain days June 19th & 20th)
3. Tournaments:
   • FC Frederick Scrimmagefest - Aug 22 or 23rd, 2009 in Frederick, MD.  1 day event with 4-35 minute games
   • Richmond Cup - Sep 5-6, 2009 in Richmond, VA.  Overnight Travel and Hotel (Attack Red & White).
   • Bethesda Tournament - November 21-22, 2009 in MD.
   • Arlington Spring Tournament - March 5-7, 2010 in Arlington, VA (Attack Red & White)
   • PWSI Icebreaker Tournament - end of March (Attack White & Blue)
   • Memorial Day Tournament - TBD (Red, White & Blue)
