ATSC online registration is now open. Please register your son as soon as possible. All players must be registered to be included on the team roster. No online payment is necessary at this time. Note: When registering, our team—Attack White—is in the NCSL League.

Also, the following forms need to be completed.

• Medical Release—return to Christine AFTER it has been notarized. Everyone will need get this form notarized on your own. Don’t sign until you are in the presents of the Notary. The easiest way to do this is to go to a bank. Make sure you have ID with you.
• KidSafe Form—return to Donna.
• Code of Conduct: Player and Parents—return to Donna.
