For games and scrimmages:

  • Arrive at least 30 minutes early.
  • Players should be in their uniforms, shirts tucked in, shin guards underneath socks pulled to knees, with cleats tied.
  • Always bring both uniforms in case there is a color change at game time.
  • If you know you can’t make a game, please let the manager and coaches know as soon as possible.

For training:

  • Bring a lot of water, shinguards, and a size 4 ball with your name on it.
  • In case of bad weather, call the Inclement Weather Line—703-228-4715—for field closures and cancellations.
