Below is a list of suggested items each player should have in her bag at all times.  This list is in addition to whatever misc. items a player wants to have. 

• Athletic tape
• Pre-wrap
• Spare shoelaces
• Properly inflated soccer ball (pump if possible)
• Shin guards and cleats
• Flats (any kind of athletic shoe other then cleats)
• Inhalers and other personal medical equipment
• Old rag (washcloth sized)
• Small spiral notepad and a pen or mechanical pencil
• For matches - All team uniform items
